Ed leads Navisite’s Global Service Assurance organization including the Navisite Service Center, Center of Excellence, Advanced Client Support, and Critical Infrastructure functions.

Prior to joining Navisite Ed ran mission-critical infrastructure operations at EMC where he managed their Global 24x7 Engineering Services (Dell/EMC) spanning 375+ labs, 1.2m square feet of data center space running 125K+ devices, and over 400 mission-critical applications.  His prior roles include leading the EMC VNX product release, managing EMC’s Global Tech Support for the software, application, NAS, and SAN side of the business, Integrated Customer Operations for VMAX Engineering, and COO of the Data Compute Division.
